Damn. Milestone should pay this guy some money. I wasn't going to buy it, but I will now. The game looks sick. And this is coming from a guy that wasn't a fan if MXGP 2.

It's worth the money. They came a long ways from MXGP 1 & 2. I buy every motocross/supercross game but this one is actually worth it.

There are some oddly satisfying things. The sound, catching a rut, even the scrubs. I do wish they would let us control the right and left stick vs the preset scrub (they all look the same roughly).

Review is spot on for sure

I'd agree. It's taken about a week for me to come to grips with it and actually start enjoying it.

Personally I think the best things are the railing ruts, as the track deformation is great. Bike noises are also very good, and a few other minor details that make the game realistic but still fun. I also enjoy it now more they have sped it up

This guy is hilarious!

The game is creeping up on being my favorite MX game and I've tried all of them dating back to Motocross Madness. The physics are what gets it there. It might be a little faster than a sim but it makes it flow very well and the bikes traction/corner is spot on. The ability to scrub a face or rail a berm is so satisfying to pull off.

Buy it!

Enjoyed MXGP1, hated MXGP2 for some reason. This one is better than both, and could end up being the best MX game yet, depending on how the DLC goes. Would love a pile more tracks and maybe some SX.

It is a cool game but as he stated AI are way too slow.. Also the tracks are a little too easy!
Cause I can't use both toggles (quad hands) I'm not really railing ruts and scrubbing also I can't see myself being competitive online (as above)
So unfortunately I'm not getting the full experience and I can't see it holding my attention for too long

Is anyone else annoyed that you can't move the front brake to RB on Xbox controller settings? I loved having it set up

LB - Clutch
LT - Rear Brake
RB - Front Brake
RT - Throttle
