Also representing NESC is Gary Lussier on the 2 smoker in the 40+. Not quite as fast as KJ though.

Yeah for sure, someone like me has no chance in any of them classes, not even the 40+ class and I aint even 40 yet. It's nothing but old pros!

The NESC has produced some great riders for sure. They used to win more than their fair share of winter am titles in Fla when that was the main am. series.

They had story on Johnson and KJ's "Hi Flyer" card in the latest issue of RacerX.

Will he ride Southwick?
I asked him that a couple weeks ago at Winchester.

No he can't ride any AMA pro events, Kawi wants him to stay eligible for the Am stuff.
He said he will probably go up to Canada again for some racing though.

Johnson took wins in the 25+ Junior and 35+ classes today.
Treadwell 4th in the 35+

Tom Rice won +25A, +30A and +40A a couple weeks ago at royal mountain.......He shows up every once in a while just to let guys know...
Mike dougherty is done riding but his son Mitch races the nationals.
Donna Dougherty died this spring and the district isnt the same without her running things.

Yea Keith came down south and was riding our local track for a while not to long ago. He and another fast vet were running some fast laps and pitted next to us. Really nice guy. Glad he is doing great a LL's.

A lot of the N-east guys are doing well in the Vet classes.

KJ, Woskob(+25), Pamart, McMillen, Kane, Edsall, Treadwell.

It's good to see!

i think it's interesting that the 30+ B/C class top rider(s) are posting faster lap times then Dubach.

guess there is another "level" of B class where they come from?

I'm sure a lot of it is track conditions. I see Jeremy Parsons was leading the first 30+ moto for 6 laps before he had heat stroke. I've raced Parsons at Broome last year. He's fast, but he's not Dubach fast.

The ex pro riders are shinning in that class as well. J. Blain & D. Brewer and both ex pros in the B/C class. What a crock!

It comes down to character and self respect.

no what is a crock is that the promoters and people who are supposed to do their friggin job to make sure the playing field is level, screwed it up yet again this year....... imagine that.

check again my friend.

look at McCoy's fastest lap in 30 B/C and then check Dubachs fastest lap in 45+ first motos when i posted in here. McCoy was 2 seconds faster for his fastest lap.....either that or I am so friggin old i cant' read anymore.

and that is bullshit B riders shouldn't be posting faster lap times then ex pros.......oh wait thats right no one got moved to A class in 2008 so why bother having a championship in B?

Get this: I won the 450"C" championship last year in my region(I know, big deal right).Anyway, this year i have been struggling to get top 5's. There are guys racing my class this year that post faster lap times than the top 5 and sometimes top 3 "B" riders. Not just fastest lap either, better times every single lap each moto than the B guys. thats some sandbagging BS right there.

you need to do a little more research! the first 45 + moto was tuesday afternoon in the mud, the first 30 b/c moto was wednesday , on a much different track!!

you're comparison is bogus. mccoy wouldn't be able to see dubach after 2 laps on the same track, let alone be faster!

How about a little love for the New England young guns....

AJ Catanzaro just finished up with a 6-6-4 in the Lites B Mod.
That should put him on the podium for the overall.

Loretta's is becoming a load of crap and it is partly the AMA's fault and part theirs.
NO current or past rider that has held any type of Pro license should be able to race at LL's.
They are supposed to be Amateur Nationals.

Oh well.

There shouldn't be any skill levels either. It should be age groups for the little guys and vets, then non-pro 125, 250 and open displacement classes. No A classes, no C classes, just open amateur classes.

This would improve the sport at the local level because racers would move up to the local B classes sooner, making room for more entry level novices and beginners.

Wes McCoy is from SoCal. He is not B class speed by any means. I don't know his race history, but he's definetely a lot faster than B caliber. Just another SoCal sandbagger!
