Hey guys,
I'm looking to check in with some enduro journalists that are well versed in the history of the sport to research for an upcoming film project... Does anyone have any suggestions?
Who's the Weege & Mathes of Enduro?
(Sorry, felt like this post was semi-moto, ha! Feel free to move if you disagree)

Look thru old cyclenews ,i bet the same guy covered them all for years till he got so old he couldn't do it anymore.
I recall this one cyclenews reporter that did the southeast mx scene. He rode around on a red xr75 and straw hat. Guy was around for years.
Like photographer Gary crider, he was always there ,,till he wasn't. The guy would have a massive collection of photos.
Check the EWC website for various reporters by lines for Europe. Jonty Edmonds ( once again, spelling) does a lot - I think he has a company that is named FuturesevenMedia, or something like that. At times though, I've found him to be a bit if an 'MX Geoff', in his seeming to push ABCs / Blanchards (the organisers of the EWCs) agendas.
The great, now dead TBM - Trail Bike Mag ( British) had a young lady that did great reports from EWC. I forget her name, She went under the tag of 'Pit Girl'. I honestly thought she's been the best reporter of recent years . She wrote great stuff. Wish I could find her writings again, if she's kept at it.

I emailed Super Hunky from Dirt Bike one time and he responded.
