Me! Going extra slow on an off-road 350... I think that was a few laps into figuring out if my hand was even good enough to ride... Been struggling the last two weeks (my hand goes numb and just falls off the bars), but finally got my shit together today and rode well for another bike shoot.

ML, what was your cause of hand numbness. I go two laps and they tingle. Hell, holding a coffe cup in my truck will make a hand go numb. I don't know if I have a death grip and need to loosen up or what. What did you do to sort it out.

In February I broke multiple bones in my right hand, knuckles, and fingers. In my left hand I stretched the ligaments and broke a bone, then severely sprained both my wrists (dislocated the lefty... had surgery on the right hand to insert some pins).

My right fingers have a lot of scar tissue over the knuckles now, I'm still working it in PT, but I can't make a fist yet and my grip strength is pretty poor... I just got my hand good enough it can wrap around a grip, so I'm riding again.

My left wrist and palm are coming along slowly as well. Left wrist still feels a lil loose, while the palm is tight and doesn't want to wrap around the grip well.

HA... Here was my experience. First Lap; "Well, I didn't loop out, that's a plus... oh wait, my hand is already numb".

With my injury, my right hand goes numb after a few laps, but it goes numb a lot faster on a two-stroke due to the different vibration I guess...
