Both my Mom, and my brother are prescribed Addy's. I've never been diagnosed with ADHD, but I've never tried either. I do however, take adderall from time to time, and have taken it many times riding. Obviously, I'm no where near the level of JS, but depending on the type of dose (time release or instant?) it helps me focus, and gives me a ton of energy. It does however elevate my heart rate. I've ridden with a heart rate monitor a handful of times, and I've seen crazy avg numbers to the point that I thought somehow the engine or something electrical was interfering with my readings..lol

I would imagine, someone who's maybe not in the same physical shape as another, could use it as way to feel they were getting an advantage in someway, if not even mental. But, if you're an athlete making JSE money, there's better ways to get advantages, than reducing to govt prescribed meth..lol
Your mom and brother are on Government presribed drugs?
Or do you mean the government/welfare/taxpayers pay for it?

Because if you're not a military doctor, I don't ever recall the Government prescribing meds.
