Anyone catch that? He took a handful of pills right after the SD race while still on the bike. Just curious what they were exactly. Figure some sort of "recovery" pills. anyone know the product? Is this common?

Probably glutamine, and some other branch chain amino acids to feed the muscles quickly. He also had a banana there.

Common recovery aids in tablet form. Beta - Alanine, phosphates, leucine and magnesium all come in a pill form or combined as 1 pill.

Nothing to panic about.

Pill form of balls of steel softener so he can do an interview? I will say the glutamine and amino acids have change my training next day soreness woes. Almost non existent soreness and quick recovery. But that would be my guess too, for recovery..

Clint is who trained him between Baker and now Parks/Savage... Clint is training Forkner, Savatgy, and Faith as far as I'm aware right now. Actually, I think Clint is working with the whole group staying at RC's Farm, but I could be wrong there.
