KR94 foot injured?

Just saw KR94 pull off in 2ND qualifying hanging his leg off like he injured it. They haven't mentioned what happened but he never came back on the track.

I did see him pull off and into the tunnel. But did not see him hanging his leg. But I'm sure it is still hurting. Something was wrong for sure.
