If it's a separate country how come Americans can ride for them?
If it's part of the US then how come you can enter two teams?
He will be the Open rider with 450, Covington Mx2 class and Starling Mx1 (350-450?)
Its nothing but a bunch of often rich privateers who knock teams WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE (like New Zealand) out of the A final.
It shouldn't be allowed.
