Thats alot of house for the money. The house im working on now is not as nice and has less then an acre on the lake here and its going on the market next week for 850.

It is in the middle of nowhere. I grew up about a mile from there. I remember I was a kid when that subdivision was started.

Remember, they only pay people with an MBA $5 an hour down there!!! That is a pretty nice house for the money. Kinda shows that location, location, location does have some merit.
