SO nice to see it back, that's what MX should be.
Just had to give a shout out to everyone putting differences aside to bring one the best venues back.
Excited to see what they will come up with for the GP, no way they run the same track.

Definitely the GP won't run same track, but thats ok, those guys couldn't run 2.222 lap times on the track we saw today anyway.
The Shop
GH is in the discussion for best track in the USA. But we cant forget Red Bud. I loved Southwick. And Washougal would give it a run for best track on the West Coast.
I thought the track was kinda basic. They didn't have the extensive air-time route into the REM track they had in years past. I asked Jody about it and I thought he indicated they were under some sort of 2:30 max lap time restriction? Anyone know if that is true?
WTF difference does it make whether you do fewer laps on a longer track or more laps on a shorter track? I'll go for the longer track every time.
Saw Gibby help out a downed rider up in the canyon section in a blind landing zone. After he helped the rider he looked like a kid trying to cross a freeway. Good job Gibby. Glad you didn't get plowed.
BTW - AC going triple triple in the rhythm section in front of the bleachers was very impressive. I don't think any other 250 riders even considered it and AC pulled it off several times like it was nothing.
