He's a rookie and has unknown results in a whole season.

He'll be on some teams radar for next year for sure. He got some good results in supercross and hopefully the same for outdoors. He's doing a great job.

im a huge fan of les smith, so dont get me wrong, he got that HoT ride and only made 1 or 2 main events in SX and didnt do well the last few nationals last year and the last one or two AM years were nothing to brag about. jimmy seems to be a good kid with alot of natural talent. deserves something better than what he has.

I agree, he needs a ride, but if he keeps doing work, he will have one soon enough.

Didnt Les Smith ride a yam this year? Les got a 3rd and 5th his last year at LL. Decotis got 17th and 17th.

Do these finishes get a Gieco or PC ride?
20- 17- 14- 16- 16- 5- 8- 13-18.

Maybe he can get the Troy Lee ride after Hahn leaves to PC or Gieco next year.

He has been offered support in many different ways. But he is actually very comfortable the way they are doing it. His rig is very nice, bikes are fast, and his father supports his racing very well.

I've asked him many times if he wanted to do the Warthog thing but he prefers his setup. He's going to do it this way until a factory support ride comes and the bikes are better than his.

yep, JGR backed yamaha. i cant say Decotis has earned a ride such as pro circuit or Gieco honda yet, but motoconcepts, valli motorsports and teams of that caliber would be a great step in the right direction.

Yea...WHY WOULD THEY NOT GIVE THAT TO DECOTIS....NOT LIKE HE RIDES A HONDA OR GOT A TOP 5 IN LITES SX.

Les Smith is actully pretty fast, but he struggled during sx, i think he will suprise alot in the nats
