Remember him on a video "Motocross Glover Style" I distributed in Europe through my company SVE (Stadium Video Europe)
He lost his life, not sure if it was a racing incident and all the riders ran JG logo's on there gear.
I'm sure someone in SCal or Sondy can recall the full facts. His dad was also a major sponsor of some teams.
Rob.
He was part of Glovers instructional riding video back then, Broc would explain things and Jeff would demonstrate. He looked like a mini Broc on his YZ 80 decked out in JT gear.

He was seriously groomed for Pro racing by Broc. I remember when he passed.
S
He was at the river, riding passenger in a truck that drifted off the road and rolled. He went out of the window and was crushed by the truck.
He would've turned 40 this past Sunday, 9/11.
Jeff was a good buddy of mine on and off the track and left with a list of strange coincidences:
born 9/11 - my 3y/o daughter now shares his bday
passed 3/30 - my dad's bday
when my grandfather passed a couple years after Jeff, he was randomly placed directly above Jeff's crypt at EC Mortuary in SD out of 10's, maybe 100's of thousands of burial sites
there's a few other coincidental business dealings between our respective dads and a few other strange things but suffice to say, I'll never forget my buddy or his birthday.
Very emotional service. I remember Glover's Eulogy and it being very emotional. Glover ended by telling of a story of he and Jeff somewhere and the song "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche was playing. Jeff stated he like the song and Glover ended with that song playing. Everytime I hear it I think of Jeff Grafton.
