Well here's a surprise... After a long relationship with Kawasaki, Jeff Emig will now be working with the reborn Husqvarna brand as an ambassador, along with his involvement in the USMCA.

I was surprised when they made him a brand ambassador after he retired considering him getting canned for pot possession.

On the other hand Kawasaki has MC and RV as brand ambassador so there might not be enough budget for 3 for 2017.

With RV and MC on deck, probably not much room for him.

It's good to see Emig branching out and commentating on the GPs

Well kawasaki had 3 so how many does a company really need? Next to go will be MC when he gets older followed by Villo when he gets older. Circle of life.

Cool.

Interesting, no mention of an energy drink either. (unlike the McGrath brand ambassador release). Is Emig a Monster athlete?

Cool! Husky and KTM are making moves! The other brands had better wake up and loose a few pounds also!

No, but in the Kawasaki press conference, they thanked him for his services but said he just didn't crossfit enough. Funny part was, right after the speaker announced it, someone in the audience stood up and asked him "do you even lift Bro"!

I could be wrong, but I don't remember him being in the current batch? MC is heavily featured with a group of amateurs and PC riders... I'll have to go take another peek.

The good news about this deal, we might get to see Emig riding a smoker again.

So there will probably be ODI EMIG grips on the future Husqvarnas since they already come with normal ODI lock on grips?
