The James thing is a bummer but it is what it is. I'd be curious to hear what he has to say on the matter once he's allowed to.

Haven't seen or read it, but doesn't sound like a smart move for TWMX if it's just giving Stewart shit. Unfortunately James made his bed, but that seems pretty TMZish, not to mention it's old news. MAYBE they'll sell a few more copies based on the drama factor, but in the long run it looks like a good way to get blackballed by the riders. Unless of course they have James' side of the story inside, which I think is unlikely just yet. Maybe in a few more months he can talk about it.

Just checked TWMX's website...saw nothing related to the OP's tip about the cover. If TWMX isn't going to offer any kind of interview or story about James' situation, and they're just running that to get attention, they are opening themselves up to a lot of negative criticism. Or...maybe they don't care. In the words of someone long ago much smarter than me..."There is no such thing as bad press".

If his ban were to be reversed, I doubt they would wait until the print version is out to announce it. That news would spread too fast.

Kind of what I would think, too. Unless maybe TWMX paid James a substantial amount for an "exclusive" feature on it. Not sure how often that happens in this industry. My guess? He'll be at Hangtown.

The strike through is being misread here. I believe it is simply adding emphasis to the word "BANNED". It has nothing to do with his ban being release or w/e.

And I always knew people would miss him if he wasn't racing. Think about how much more exciting it is with him racing. I mean love or hate him but, if he is in a race it's hard to not just watch him the whole time. I remember at a local race in macon, GA he went off the line by "accident" with 125a and obliterated everyone on his supermini.
