Anyone know if Jake is going to be riding the outdoors. Just saw he isn't on the JGR Roster.

I'm pretty amazed JGR didn't offer him support for the Outdoor season. His SX results weren't exactly stellar this year, but he rode hard & looked better than Barcia sometimes. With the 450 class being as lean for the Nationals as it is this year, he might get some top-5 finishes.

JGR should keep him under the tent for the outdoors, he has a great fan following, professional on & off the track, and just more media attention for the Suzuki JGR brand

Jake is a bad dude!!! Its a shame he isn't out there BUT I have a feeling at some point I can see him coming into Redbull KTM to fill in for Canard at some point.

Why? His career is winding down. He isn't trying to rebuild himself like Deano. I don't see why you'd dip into your own pocket at that point unless you had a legitimate shot at making a good return on that investment.

I hope so. I think RBKTM would be a great place for Jake. I hate to see it as a Canard replacement because I'm really a TC fan, but I'm afraid something has to give there...

Isnt this post a bit of a contradiction?

Also, hope Jake gets something for this summer.

Matthes said this week he is "lurking" at JGR, if needed. So I'd imagine he's just having fun testing for now and then hopping on at JGR if that opportunity presents itself. Sounds like he's having fun, so I'm pumped for the guy!
