Jake Marsack Injuried

Edited Date/Time 1/23/2012 6:27pm

Jake crashed in the LCQ at the East German SX this past weekend (I think) and took a header into the face of another jump breaking his C-7 in his back/neck. He suffered no paralysis but wil be sporting a halo for the next 6-8 weeks.

Heal up quick..

Is this the guy that won the race after his daughter died? I don't think it is. I'm getting all these new Aussie guys mixed up. I wish him a speedy recovery.

That's Jay Marmont, different dude. Marsack is the privateer that got 3rd at the Daytona mudder.

He did podium at the Daytona jet-ski race the year Reeds bike quit on the last lap.

I hope the best for Jake, he's one cool kid that seems to really have his act together. I met him last year at a loacal track here in Phoenix. He was just hanging out before the supercross race and was a super down to earth guy that had no problems chatting with us nobodys and answering all our goofy questions. Get well soon Jake!!!
