I'm a huge Stewart fan and would love to see him take the title but, I'd be happy with seeing him finish the season with respectable finishes .

Bunch of cool clips there. And a good song, too. I can see Stewart either finishing a close 2nd to Villopoto or a distant 4th.

This off-season hasn't been killing me, for some reason. Maybe a great MEC tided me over. But now I'm ready to see some racing, and A1 is close...really close.

I have a feeling that Suzuki is going to bring back the Stewart of old and hopefully he battles up front! It's a good time to be a SX fan that's for sure!

Which redhead? There's more than one.

I certainly hope so. When he is on it, there is nobody I'd rather see ride a dirtbike. Great edit and refreshing choice of music.

In 6 weeks time, you will look ridicilous ... (actually right now you already look a bit ridicilous)
12/29/2012 6:13pm
He will win a few, but won't finish the series.
12/29/2012 6:19pm
I want to know why villopoto doesn't get the "he'll crash out" hate as much as Stewart. Villopoto has only completed TWO series
in his 450 career. He's 2 for 8. Not a great batting average.

Stew will have the most wins, and he will win the title. The red head wont even finish runner up in points.

Last year RV tipped over in a corner and blew out his knee; the time before he spun on a patch of concrete before a steep triple.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but drawing similarities between JS7 and RV's crash history seems to me to be foolish.

Hey fellas, did he finish every round of the 2012 sx series? NO. It doesn't matter if he won the title already. He crashed out in Seattle. I'll say it again, he has completed TWO. 2 for 8. That is a .200 batting average. That gets you put on the bench.

Because Villapoto is not the FMOTP, the second coming of Jesus, the end all, be all of all things motocross, the Tiger Woods of motocross, etc, etc.

I don't know if you even blame James or the media, but there is a lot of pressure put on James. He doesn't help with his checkers or wreckers approach either.

And stew crashing out because a jackass playing camera man was on the track doesnt get put in the conversation of freak crashes, like your implying Villo had. You triplewendy'swithfries is foolish.

His "checkers or wreckers" approach is EXACTLY why he is my favorite guy to watch! Anytime James is racing, there is going to be some excitement, guaranteed.

Hate to be "that guy" but I'm guessing that with all the fast new guys in the 450 class added to the usual suspects, JS will have to ride even more over his head....and end up on the ground more, unless of course he's finally learned some patience.

JS7 is the only guy who can match RV1's speed. The big question is can he do it consistently or not. RV wins championships and this year won't be any different. He will add 2 more to his trophy room. Stamp it.

What about the other time(s) he crashed himself out of a series in 2012?

You still playing that card? lol. That dude was 25 yards in front of JS when he went down. Get over it.

James is still fast, just not dominant fast. The other riders don't line up mentally defeated as may have happened in the past.
If we we are lucky enough to make it through the season injury free this could be one of the best seasons ever.

Broc Glover seems to think it is possible, but you probably know more about racing.
