So, assumeing this is THE James Stewart...he has these lights so he can get through traffic faster...he turns the lights on to get around some dudes in a car...they perhaps dont slow down so he can go by easier and he somehow flashes a badge while driveing, as if to say Im a cop back off...and the off duty cops in the car take chase. Thats how Im reading this.

So, hes an arrogant doochebag for thinking he is important enough to skip through traffic. Guilty of douchebaggery

The whole deal sucks.. But I just hope it's not a Felony because that means..NO TORONTO next year or...ever. Hopefully it will all pass with him getting a slap on the wrist. It sounds stupid, but who knows what actually happened.
