Josh looks to have lost the fire he had when he last raced for Mitch Payton. He's WAY nicer when passing, and just seems to be lacking a little aggression. Not bagging on him, but just seems something is missing. Anyone know if he has an injury issue or something.

GF Just had a baby. Probably hasn't been getting the practice he needs. He is doing better than I thought he would at this point. Hell I thought he would have quit by now. Keep it up Josh!

Could be that maybe he took 2 or 3 years off, got 2 or 3 years older and everyone else in his class got 2-3 years younger. I was hoping josh could get it together but it seems those championship running years are behind him.

Under the circumstances; I think he is doing well. He is getting solid finishes, not riding over his head and not letting his emotions getting the best of him. Maybe on paper, things don't look good. However...I think he is doing well and being a good representative towards the folks that are paying the bills.

He's beating Alldredge, Bell and Bisceglia. He's not contending for wins but he's doing well. Would love to see him get a start and see what he can do with it, I think he can get on the podium.

I don't really care where Josh finishes, as long as he keeps showing up and racing. I always disliked him until he came on the Pulp Show. With his new attitude, I think it's an achievement if he just keeps putting in the laps.

He said it himself in a interview that you could not take the time off he has and come off couch, train for 3 months, and expect to be up front contending for the win. With taking time off and being 30, it's difficult for him to come back and pickup where he left off. Although I think he's putting in solid rides each weekend.

Though I'm a bit bummed that he isnt on the podium I have to agree with a few of the posters above me. I have a lot more respect for the guy now then I ever did when he was getting better results. Hes putting the work in and showing up at each race to be his best. You cant ask anymore of him.

I think his days of a 250 rider are behind him and he needs to move up to the 450, put on a little muscle and weight and let that awesome style get him a lot of top 10's.

Being a consistent top 10 guy is perfect for his stage of comeback right now. Much better finishing with a solid 7th than crashing to the back or getting hurt. He is doing a lot better than most people expected on his come back, I hope he just keeps building and a year or two from now can run top 5 in 450 mains.

Well, in the overall scheme of things. A pass like that was a weekly occurrence a few years ago, or so it seemed. After his preseason video where he talked about taking training much more seriously, I kind of expected him to be battling up front.

on the restart he came up to Bell and told him he was " going to kill him ".

Maybe that's what you expected, but I expected them to win a few. He did a few years ago but he has lost out raw speed. Age is a bitch!

we have no idea what the reason is. they are not friends and never have been.

I like what Zachs doing this year. Going fast without crashing. Hopefully he can continue to build and snag a podium or two before the end of the season. Thats an achievable goal I would say.

He really came through for my Pulpmx Fantasy pics last week when I picked him to get 5th...and he delivered.Cool
