Needs gold rims with black hubs...do I have to do everything around here? Blue hubs? Come on JGR, really?

That pic is from JGs instagram. Says he gonna give it a go and see how the shoulder holds up/feels. Does need black hubs though.

Yellow rims would be overkill. Keep the black wheels, add black spokes, and yellow hubs....

Maybe yellow spoke nipples and black rims and hubs?

You confused contemporary with retro. Bikes in the 80s/90s usually came with black hubs and silver (sometimes gold) rims.
