After that body slam he is probably just now getting out of bed. I would still be in ICU!

Or did he have to go to his primary care physician , get a referral to the Ortho , then schedule an MRI for a couple weeks out..... opps that is us minions .. I pretty sure he can get it faster, maybe not as fast as a professional stick and ball sport player, but faster then most of us...

I love how we just think we deserve to know his health conditions. It's really none of our business, if he tells us he tells.

We won't know anything untill saturday. Either he does fine and it's nothing to talk about or he struggles and they will let us know.

I'm sure when he walked out of the doctors yesterday his first thought was, "I need to go on Vital and update everyone!"

He'll be waiting for MRI results, going over it with his dad, doctor, the team, and then make a decision. I'm sure we'll hear something by Thursday or Friday.

I would hope that his first thought was about vital.

I'm sure it will be like when Reed hurt his shoulder, go out and see if He can ride and try to salvage some points.

it just blows me away at what the athletes can do with major injuries these day's , look at Roczen goes from laying in bed to running up front in a weeks time.

Yes- I would expect some nugget of information for all his fans. Is that really too much to ask??

Like Jimmy Albertson said, his first time popping the shoulder out and the fact that it took that long to get it back in, there may be some more damage that isn't necessarily dangerous, just going to be painful.

Oh, but sometimes like my son's moto crash at 10, to this day 5 years later it still dislocates if the conditions are right. I "retired" him as I was fearful that it would dislocate during a race. I hope Tomac will be fine and able to race..

Man that's rough, sorry to hear that. I was speaking more so for this upcoming weekend pain wise.

Ive had three shoulder surgeries and each one acted differently before I had it fixed.

The latest one was impossible to ride as it would pop out completely in whoops or even when I was asleep.
The one before, popped in an out in braking bumps but wouldn't totally dislocate, so I could race and ride.
The first one only popped out when going off jumps on a snowboard and extending my arm, but not riding.

The EVS shoulder braces do work like wonders for bad shoulders, maybe he will be able to get away with wearing one. But if its a bad tear nothing will save him and he's done for the season.

Plus one on the EVS brace. When my complete non operable rotator cuff tear causes me pain at bed time. I put it on for a few nights and might be the heat, but I am good to go for a month.

Thanks. He has played basketball ever since, but it hinders him on defense as he says it feels like it almost comes out once in a while when blocking a shot.

He's always been a guy that takes his time to let things heal, I would be surprised if he came back this soon.
