Saw some sick vids of Dean riding in the mud, Coop surrounded by mud nuggets, and MoHead sitting in traffic. Stoked to see y'all get some rain, and to see them factory practice bikes getting some mud on them!

Hope y'all Cali folks havent lost your homes!

Inland empire TRACKS?????? Shoot the very FIRST PLACE Im going after some raining like this is Beaumont to ride the hills!!!! We get maybe 4 or 5 times a year where the dirt out there gets a good soaking and is primo for riding, it is truly a treat to ride there when the conditions are perfect. I love riding tracks but nothing compares to the fun of a good tacky day in the hills, those are the best days of riding for me hands down and the rest I get my kicks riding Moto.

Is Glen Helen even capable of having a mudder? With all those hills and the sandy granite dirt it'd just suck it up wouldn't it?

Local weather calls for sunny and low 90 degree temps this weekend, so it is going to be hot.

Glad to hear it guys, Houston had our years worth of rain by April...which made waiting for the 16 easy. Glad to hear everyone's safe, Ima make a trip to the hills before I lose my mojo.

Well just so you guys in "Cali" don't feel bad, us right coasters in "Conni"(Connecticut) just got our first rainfall in three months last week. I guess the only difference is it is supposed to rain here all the time.

Ive raced several proper mudders at glen helen. not counting this year, but in 13/14 there were mudders in feburary for the annual Big 6 GP there. The 2013 GP mudder was the gnarliest mud Ive ever rode in!!

Glen Helen might be a bit granular and sandy, but make no mistake once that hard pack layer gets soaked the water has no where to go, and all the run off from the hills turns it into a soupy nightmare of a mess. Here's a shot from the 2013 GP.

It rained all night and into the morning. There is a fat puddle in front of my classroom that I soaked my shoes in. I was pissed.

Stoddard Wells / Barstow is the best after rain. That heavy dirt is so nice after rain

In San Bernardino where GH is the forecast is mid 90s (earlier today it was 98 for Sunday but now down to 96) with low humidity.

The track will be epic after the rain.

I rode LACR today- looked like they got quite a bit of rain out that way.
The track was really good, lots of moisture in it. Rutted up good and got better as the day went on.
Cool too, only 75ish
