Don't know if it's been posted but it was interesting to read. I do not want to start another gp vs nationals because theres enough of those already.

I think this will hit 10 pages of Alessi bashing when USA wakes up this morning

GXSR28, there's shit that is a real issue and it's ok to discuss... its ok, we don't have to play 3 blind mice
I expected mike to do better than he did- maybe in the 10th-15th range at that track. WIll he do better this weekend? not so sure, I think matterly would be a better track for him
I think the alessis made a huge mistake staying in America for the prime part of his career- mikes never been particularly good at supercross, of all the top American riders from the last 15 years I would say he would have been the best suited to doing gps, an outdoor only series. Im sure when he was winning races in the ama he could have got a decent contract to race gps.
Is this guy a journalist? Seems , "ugly americans need to stay home"
And I'm not a hater, think it's awesome he came and gave it a shot, we cheered him on all weekend, I thought he would be around tenth.

Plus, reporting the truth is not disrespect.
Looks like he did a bit of that in Britain - it will be interesting to see if he does it in France. The Alessis have been to Europe quite a while ago, and, reportedly, left a few non admirer's then, many of them very influential ones. I hope it doesn't happen with this trip.
Of course, Jeff did the Italian GP at Maggiora - I think Mikes results in Britain were ahead of that?
Let's see what happens this weekend. The Alessi antics have left me cold so many times, but, nonetheless, I wish Mike luck. He's up against it, and, I think, well past the time he could have done much in the GPs.
But at least we now know what the problem was with Mikey. He should have that shock issue worked out for this weekend and be right up there.
