Thanks to whoever made this decision to put this in as it wasn't on the track map originally. What's the verdict? Good thing, bad thing or no big deal?

Personally I hope this is the beginning of a trend.

I don't know if they edited the track blueprint on Supercrossonline.com, but it clearly shows the words "off-chamber" on that turn.

Either way, yes it was a good thing, even though James squibbed out in it.

Impossible. This does not play into "rock"'s agenda. Please rephrase.

I liked it. Would have been nice to see them (the riders) be able to go wide and double out alot easier. That might have made line choice even more important right there.
Remember this race?

I thought it was pretty stupid in the heat races. Seemed really one lined. Dungey made it work though

Thanks for the heads up.

To be honest I never saw the track map so should have instead said on the track video (which I watched) in my original post. My bad.

sbarrington314-Thanks for the video as I had no recollection of the off camber. I was at that race and both classes had great racing. I liked hearing "the slowest section of the track is giving everyone fits."

Yea ended up as an elevated corner, not so off camber. At least it was some thing different for a Change.

I like. Anything original, technical, double lines & not too high, I like.

I question myself more about the vertical wall with the landing, it is great on tv but it looks really sketchy, it has been close for a few good riders Smile

I agree, if they had made it easier to double out of that turn it might had made it a bit better

I don't think it was the first one of the season.... Phoenix had one in round 2.

I though it was too one-lined. Good effort, but only a few people were able to make the outside work. Too many people had to get in line to hit the preferred inside rut. Nice try, but the outside line needs to be a little more viable.

it definitly slowed them down a bit..making lap times a little slower....i was there and the track doods were always always over there messin with it like it was a giving them problems...it was still a good thing to have in the track.
