Indy Rant - SX/MX Similarities?

Less attendance than a SX/MX but a $30k payout for first and saying it is embarrassing. I guess on comparison that can't be made that Indy teams have owners. SX/MX teams are OEMs (with exceptions: JGR, RCH, etc).

Watched the race...exciting but feared for the drivers' safety....can't get the results of LV out of my mind. Then saw this rant and couldn't believe the purse amount. Anyone know if every IndyCar race has the same purse....other than Indy?

Guess IndyCar is more like SX/MX than like Nascar. With these TV deals, the purse has to be more.
