CP’s house is back on the market by owner. Check out the info below, and there is a web address at the bottom, too.

This place also puts you within around 20 miles of several other pro's training facilities. Nice place been out there several times.

Hasn't it been mostly by his own choices and decisions? It would certainly be harder to see if his career was taken away from him. I understand that he had a devastating injury but he came back from that to be extremely successful. Following that success, his decisions led him down the road he's on. I'm not judging his reasons or his decisions as they are his to make. I'm only saying that he is where he is by choice. I don't feel bad about that.

Groveland, FL is about 20-30 miles west of Orlando in a rural area. It's not a bad area at all.

Such a great deal but I couldn't afford it in that area. Nowhere to work.

Probably why it's not sold yet.

Yes it was his choice, but his choice was made on the advice of a greedy manager too. The biggest problems with these guys today is they will only listen to certain people and wont give a guy outside their box a chance. I just want to beat some of them on the head and just say "look, this is what I can do for you if you just let me".

A lot of these guys end up with nothing to show for their work and some end up in tax trouble because they take advice from friends and family who have no idea how to manage a career or money. RV is probably the smartest current racer for his choices.
