Will Roger even be doing the choosing? Anderson is an up and comer, but only 1 win is not in his favor, but who else is available if Anderson even is? I am assuming KTM and Husky are swapping spit.

The empty seat at KTM. Assuming Canard is finished there will actually be 2 spots to fill.

I'd put Jmart on one too.

Ya apart from the mothership argument it would seem like a nothing move. Better to leave him there.

Yeah, wouldnt make sense. If Anderson moved over, then there would still be an opening to fill.

One other thing to consider: Anderson has been very loyal to Bobby Hewitt, because Bobby Hewitt was very loyal to Anderson. Not sure many remember, but Jason was supposed to be the Next Big Thing when he went to the Rockstar Suzuki team on 250s. He sucked for a while and was even benched (!) at one point, but Hewitt was patient and waiting for Jason to get it together. And he obviously did. Jason has said in the past that he wants to be loyal, so I am not sure he'd want to leave his current seat.

Maybe if the pay was different enough?

Jmart will be on a Honda. 250 or 450.

If I was going to guess who'd be on the factory team with Marvin, it'd be Baggett.

This + he's contracted to Rockstar via Husky.

Jason seems to enjoy having his own little world at Rockstar Husqvarna Factory Racing and let's not forget...he's the guy over there.

El Hombré, indeed.

I just hope they keep Wilson.

After his BBMX contract is up...

Why? He's already got the bike.

Justin Hill ran great on a KTM 450 in Monster Energy Cup a couple years ago. I think he would be a good choice.

Btw, these guys are more along the lines of F-18 pilots....

I'm thinking a Navy E/F for Ryan and an Agressor E or G model from Fallon for Jason.

X47......get him in top shape and build his confidence to a level he has never thought possible. Him and BB4 riding together everyday....both would see results in no time. Both have the speed...just need that little extra something that comes from Bakers training and riding with current top level guys.

It would be an awesome test to see Mookie on the Baker training program. He's got the skills, a factory KTM and proven training program may push him to be a regular podium threat.

I don't know if Mookie would mesh well with the Baker program. Then again, I never would've guessed Anderson would either.

KTM and Husky are basically the same company. Swapping spit isn't accurate. More like they in parallel universes. Bikes are the same and resources are the same. Sponsors are really the only difference.

So, Anderson essentially already has "Dungey's ride."

Only in the sense that a 1980 CR 250 is cooler than a 2017 FC450. Otherwise, uh...no. That swept wing pig was waaaaaay to easy to have "a bad day" in...

Ummm, no! I have a few thousand hours in the D model, the only thing on your list that's accurate is Hyd failures. But they were no big deal. It would be like comparing a 125 2t to a 4504t in power! Little baby engines on the Hornet.

F/A...
E/F Rhino
EA Growlers
Even it's roll as a Fueler...

The 18 is soooooo many things that the Cat wasn't. I love the Cat and did my 1st ride in it waaaay back in the day; but, we're waaaaaaay past the '80s and science and technology have moved on and left the Cat in time and performance.

I get it...The Big Block Hemi-'Cuda...yes, it's just like that...never gonna be the same. In this, we are brothers.

But, then...one day...ya drove a Z-06 with paddles and part of ya says,"Damn!"...but, the kid in us cries a little and wants that damn 'Cuda back.

We may disagree on the details; but, we are one when it comes to what an Aviator is and why the Air Force has "pilots".

Btw, thank you for your time in the saddle.

Anderson is a stud. The ride he put in at the Des Nations was epic. KTM would do well to hire that kid.

I dealt Blackjack to a couple Tomcat pilots back in the day who were visiting Nellis. It was about the time they were talking about benching the F14s.. Not sure how the subject came up, but after a couple "free" beers they started grumping about it. I asked about the Super Hornets, I got the look and one of said, "they're still Hornets".

Anderson has way more upside to the investment than Dungey. Also, remember Anderson has a bit of a bad boy image which is great for marketing to the youth.

Post a reply to: I'm not leaving my wingman! If Dungey retires will Anderson get his ride?
