what would it be? I would opt for a water crossing especially for SX tracks that have 47 second lap times. The rest of the EnduroX obstacles are too gnarly but a water crossing and/or a STEEP wall section would break up the flow and put emphasis on technical riding skills once a lap.

Let us not forget that when SX first started it was MX in a stadium and not the aerial night show we have today.

Rocks, ...the large ones.

Most every motocrosser I've ridden off-road with has had issues when we get to the rock sections. Often, it's a comical part of the day.

Either the water pit(with a 45 degree log in the middle) or a big tyre double

Big Tire double is the only thing that would really fit. Instead of having the wall jump...they should do a big tire double....

Yes, and bikes had 6 inches of travel and 20 hp , this isn't trials and the timing sections put a emphasis on "technical riding skills"
everything evolves except guys like you.

A turn table that turns anticlockwise & clockwise making racers take different lane ways :-
1. Whoops
2. Dragan backs
3. Triple double double section
4. A wheely challenge (judged by a panel rewarding brownie points for favoured lane way chosen before race.

Um...no. I saw the mudhole/waterhole in the early days at the Superbowl of Motocross. I'm all for them...at the event in open stadiums when they naturally occur. Adding them in? We might as well throw some sharks in them if we're going that route.

Steep wall type jumps are about the only thing I'd like to see that are similar. I like their differences.

hahaha, that's great!

The enduro rider in me would love to see the SX guys go through the boulder pit / log garden thing they have. Was so cool to watch that video of Pastrana and McGrath doing Erzberg years back (Pastrana finished, then went back to help Jeremy)

Atlanta pretty much a wall jump a couple times, IIRC, Grant just about killed Villopoto one year

Agreed, that thing is a force to be reckoned with. Once you get the timing down I'm sure it isn't so bad, but for amateure EX spodes like myself i still have nightmares about it.

only one race to do this. the one in Vegas Monster cup or what ever it's called.............

the one off race with the "joker" lane. only this year the "joker lane" is a full on top of the line(make taddy blush) EX section.

then i bet mike brown would come out on his new Husky and race all the big boys. at 40 somethin just for the hell of it.

I'm down with a steep wall section.

You know the Mike Goodwin Superbowl of MX water hole story?

Much agreed.

I've raced endurocross and found it to be one of the sweetest events I ever competed in. This was after racing moto my whole life and some harescrambles. That being said the only obstacles they should have in common are the starting gate and sand sections. The riders religiously complain about the track/dirt now and you wanna put an enduroX obstacle in.. WoohooLaughing
