I gotta go second all time for MX and SX behind Ricky. If it was just SX he'd be 3rd behind McGrath but for both together I'd go #2. I'm a JS7 fan btw.

RD has the same amount of Championships and more wins. I would give the nod to RD as well.

Rock solid second behind RC. MC was a different era and that is a tough comparison to make considering the vastly different levels of competition and training. So I don't know, with that, you almost need to create a hypothetical situation in which MC is training at the level of current pros and has competition as tough. MC wasn't up against C riders by any means but the training difference alone makes the comparison very tough. In (modern) MX however RV is behind only RC. Stew is obviously gifted with the most natural ability and sheer talent, but the gap between him and RV is a lot closer than Villo gets credit for.

imo, titles hold more weight than wins, both are great goals. The old saying goes, alot of guys win races, not many win titles. then factor in how long it took the riders to accomplish the wins, and titles.

For GOAT rankings, IMO, you gotta factor in at how dominating the rider was in their c'ship seasons. Out of my top 4, RV was by far the least dominating! Damn it , I meant to put RV at #4!AngryLaughing

Apparently your head is stuck up your ass too because there's a lot of people talking saying he's done just like those same people said he wouldn't be racing outdoors and were right. He's already sold his property in Florida. It's not that crazy to think he could be done considering he's admitted he's burnt out smh...

In ranking riders it seems most people forget that this sport has been around for awhile.

Leaving DeCoster, Stanton, Johnson, O'mara, Hannah, Bailey, Ward, and few other off the mix.

I would put RV in the top ten but not in the top four.

Is the poll including sx? or just mx, or both, imo rankings would change depending on that.
