I'd really like to hang up some awesome MX pictures on my wall, and I guess everyone could agree that one of Ricky shouldn't be missing. But it's quite hard to get a really iconic photo of him in high res. I already tried to contact Simon Cudby but he either didn't get my mail or is too busy. There were a couple of photos that are abslutely stunning, but they almost always have a horrible quality. So now I am here, beaming a V into the night sky and hoping that the Vitards will come to help me!
(Time doesn't matter, even though I'd prefer one of him on two strokes. Only pics where he is actually riding.)
This photo is a perfect example of what I am looking for, but I looked at it for so many hours that it became kinda boring haha (Just like with a good song that you hear too often)
/edit: I know I know, there is already a Ricky Carmichael picture thread, and I also looked through Tony Blaziers flickr gallery, but there wasn't this one photo that really gave me the chills)

The Shop
This would be my choice
@ga_pike: Yeah that's rad too, but the quality just doesn't cut it. This resolution in combination with a 60x40cm poster just won't cut it I guess
But seriously I have always liked this one. Carl Hyndman is the photographer, if you are interested he can probably send you a high res version (carl_hyndman@yahoo.com).

Thanks Rupert, those are very clean.
F.B, that one is absolutely breathtaking. I'll definitely contact him, thank you!!
The Billboard that Homey posted is the one picture I was originally looking for, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Saw it in a video of the Bakers Factory and it was love at first sight! Will be hard to find one and expensive to ship it to Germany though.
Is that when he scored one of his perfect seasons Nick?
The setup he has in ab5772's picture is probably one of my all time favorites. Orange fox gear and a clean cut factory Kawasaki.
Triracers first pictures is represents one of the best feelings ever. Would be could to have it in my room!
/edit:
The oakley billboard apperently has quite a story, as quoted from RacerX:
"The problem with the billboard was the fact that it was shot by a part-time photographer who did not have a press pass for the event—he shot it from the stands. He later apparently handed the picture to Chad Watts, then Carmichael's mechanic at Splitfire/Pro Circuit Kawasaki, who in turn let Johnny O'Mara—RC's coach and an Oakley goggle man—take the photo back to work. From there it ended up on the billboard, and later a bunch of very cool (and now very rare) Oakley posters. When the photographer spotted his image on the billboard and posters, he wanted a sizable royalty, even though he apparently wasn't allowed to sell images from the event he’d attended, as printed on the back of every SX event ticket back then.... Lawyers got involved and it was downhill from there for everyone but Ricky. He just kept winning and winning and winning."

Aaaand apparently, someone asked for this exact same piece 2 months ago here on vital.
