Rossi would have a good run at it. He owns at road racing, and does a lot of flat track. Used to do a lot of off season motocross but stopped after he hurt his shoulder.

Would be cool to do a GP circuit , A motocross track, a supercross track and a flat track.

That was a highlight as a kid to watch that race on Wide World of Sports.

That stuff was crazy. Wide open dirt to street and backing it in all over the place.

Looks like Supermoto to me. The Mettet Superbiker event in Belgium is probably the closest thing. It's one of the biggest supermoto events in the world and not only attracts all the top supermoto riders but also road racers such as Troy Corser and motocrossers such as Clement Desalle, Josh Coppins, Stefan Everts, Joel Smets etc. I believe David Vuilleman went over to compete in it at the end of last year.

But it was different than supermoto, there was a big variety of bikes back then. Now everyone just uses a 450 mx bike with 17 inch tires.

We had a Supermoto series over here for awhile, but it tanked with economy a few years ago. Got to see a great final here in Vegas. Jeff Ward won the series.'

This is Wardy talking to Paul Tracey.

This is me getting busted stalking Erin Bates.

But I do agree with Roger. The old Superbikers had a great combination of bikes and riders. There was a greater emphasis on dirt too. Supermoto is much more pavement oriented.
