Never bought one, raced and borrowed a few over the years.
Plus another serious confession, I have never owned a Japanese motorcycle. Again raced a few but Dot, Montesa, Maico and KTM have always been my weapon of choice.

You are really missing out !!! $1000 rebuilds, setting the timing, shimming the valves, and 230lb bikes. You should totally by a 4 stroke.. HA I am just playing around I have had both and there are pros and cons to both of them. I have been on two strokes for a couple years now, I use to have both but now its strictly 2 strokes. In my opinion 2 strokes are just way more fun to ride. It all depends on how you feel if I was you I would test out a couple different buddies 4 strokes see how you feel. Good luck in your search that is if youre looking for a new bike anyways.

I remember laying in the hospital bed for around 3 weeks when I had my bad wreck a few years ago. They had me on some super-duper sauce that would make me laugh my ass off a lot , then sleep. I remember moving around in my bed and looking at my left collar bone which was broke in 4 places and there was a part that was damn near coming out of the skin. I was laughing about it , and poking it with my fingers shoving it back into place , showing all my friends how cool it was.....it didn't hurt ( then )

I don't know why I even just wrote that. Just something about Rob's thread made me think of it.
