When I read a Hillbilly post I picture Christopher Walken sitting in an unairconditioned singlewide.

Its quite the conundrum.

Ok,tellme what you dont comprend, here,

I don't want to brag that I've won over 1000 motos between 74 and 09,went to etsu, and all this shit,

Maybe its a act, maybe it aint, but, this pad I one finger type on,middle finger right now, pisses me off somewhat.

But really, what dont you not get that I've typed up here say tonite.?is it the slang?Kinda typing the way we talk down south?

Help me out
...what don't you not get that I've typed..."

So, "what do you get that I've typed" - the two negatives cancel, right?

I love this place!

Damn pad locked up,had to take it apart and disconnect the bat,

Did I win 1000 motos,? It may be 1500,I really don't know,

In my barn on a loft is all the trophies ,over 200,most 1st place, from 1974 and up,

And plaques,my god, stacks,,have none in my house, never was about that, the battles are what got me .

Was I sponsored? Yep, another story I could tell, got bikes ,parts, had a gear deal, bevo gave me goggles ,2 tire deals.

Have I lied? No,what I post is what happened.

Have I been hurt,? Lol, some of you remember breaking my neck and being paralyzed, god has smiled on me so many times,

Why,I have no idea,I'm a terrible Christian I think.

We used to race friday nites in rome or ringold ga,then Saturday nite in greenville sc or I-81,then sunday muddy creek or lake sugartree.

So,you can see how motos could add up..

My first bike was a ts185 suzuki at 10 yrs then dad bought a 73 mx 360,that I still have,

I was so young that standing on the pegs was sitting on the seat,he would hold the fender on the gate and when the rubberband flew I went

Till guys protested that so then I stood beside it,stabbed it in gear and took off.

I was 11 then in 74. Been a long haul and moto is my life and my lifestyle,..

This thread;
That,I'm not, I am guilty of tell tales in threads that may not jive, but,a memory gets triggered and I just roll.

I am crazy though,,could be part of it.

I live in TN and I have no idea what he is rambling about most of the time, hell all of the time, but he sounds like he is having a good time in his world so good for him. Most likely it is the shine talking, pretty good stuff in these parts Wink

Hillbilly is one of a handful of posters who have real moto stories. Keep on keeping on.

Painful to read grammatically, but real stories none the less.

Perhaps it's just an age difference kind of thing....because Hillbilly and I are similar in age, and I find his posts entertaining. The man has lived motocross for the majority of his years, and I give him a pass for an occasional post that swerves off the original thread topic. Seems to have lived an adventurous life..... I'd rather give him a break on a few posts he's made while enjoying a sip o' shine than give a break to some of the sober "know it all" types that feel the need to make every post into some personal attack. Those are the attention whores not Hillbilly.

Billy Hill is nutty in the good way. Pure moto, for sure.
Newbie squids living in their parents basement need to STFU.
That is all.

The man that is Hillbilly suddenly made a lot of sense to me when I found out that he is really into NASCAR. As a person who speaks NASCAR, I have no problem comprehending what he is saying.

I only have 20 or so trophies...then I turned pro and only won money from there on out. You must be the longest running C Rider in MX history. Something to be proud of in Tennessee I suppose. Smile

I once crossed paths with a hillbilly from Tennessee. Gave me nightmares for years.

Post a reply to: I gotta say, I just don't get hillbilly.....
