It got a little overlooked in the run-up to the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, but what do you guys think of this one? Pretty impressive.

Most "competition" bikes had 0 warranty. I believe KTM and Yamaha were the only ones to warrant their MX race bikes but could be wrong.

I thought the dealer could make a warranty claim prior to sale on competition models.

Maybe someone that worked st a dealer could confirm.

Anyway, this is pretty cool.

Traction control on the handlebar? The clutch has been there a while.

Yup! And the traction control switch is probably about as useless as the 6 month warranty.

Useless or not, the fact that they stand behind their product, for 6 months, is a good sign.

I work at a Yamaha dealership, they come with a 30 day warranty. Its pretty cool to see Husky offer a longer warranty.

Buy a new bike and ride the piss out of it for 6 months.

My only concern is that something like this was offered by Ski Doo a few years ago and guys were blowing up their engine a week before their warranty was up, then getting a fresh crate engine for free. Once the OEM figured it out, things changed.

But hey, definitely awesome they are going above and beyond all other OEMs! I'd buy a Husky.

At first thought it makes me think they must have problems so they feel the need to cover it for 6 months.
At a second thought it's an awesome marketing strategy.
