I found it kind of weird to see (twmx "how was your weekend?") Mitch open up a little bit about PC's issues with getting everything together for A1. I know he's known as a hard ass but over the last couple of years, it's nice to see him be more jovial. Maybe once he had kids he relaxed a little bit. Also, Holley interviewed Bones after the Lites race and he brought up how tough it was in the shop recently. Has anyone ever heard anything like this from the PC guys? It just kind of hit me off guard that of all teams, they were saying this stuff.

Ive had alot more respect for Mitch after Vegas 09 when I ended up sitting next to him in the wheelchair section. My dad and I talked to him all night, he was really friendly and wasn't as rude as you'd assume he is. He even offered to do my motors if I got a Team Green ride that was in the works! never happened tho, which = no motors done by Mitch Sad

It was intresting watching Mitch react to the main event when Dungey caught Villopoto and passed him, watching Mitch's face when Dungey passed Ryan, he looked so disapointed! He wasn't mad though, he just accepted that Dungey was faster.

That humble attitude probably has a lot to do with PC's winning.

Josh Hansen's podium speech also comes to mind.
Didn't catch his speech. What did he say?

My bad! 2008, not 2009

It was when I broke both of my legs, thats why I was in the wheelchair section.

No problem Ddavis. You have been around these boards a while now and didn't need some Newbie jumping in to defend you.
