I'm trying to decide what service to get to watch the races. I'm not interested in traditional cable or satellite packaged crap though. I'm hoping to use a service like Sling, but it has pretty crappy reviews. Lets hear it please?!

May as well just pay up. The good thing with about a normal provider you can get everything immediately even if it's like running behind or if NASCAR runs over the sx program. I've tried all the streaming and stuff buying the package just works better. It's worth the 10-15 dollars a month. Sx and nationals are about the only thing I'm really interested in on TV so it fits my personal needs.

I use Sling. For the most part, it has been great. Every once in awhile it'll go slightly blurry, but almost always corrects itself within seconds and normally runs at hi-def rate. No buffering, or blotchy screens. The biggest downside is the no rewind/pause function on most channels (including FS1).

I just watched the preview show yesterday and it was great.

I "cut the cord" recently and now only pay Time Warner for internet. For TV, I've been pretty pleased using Sling's competition; PlayStation Vue TV, which I stream through my Amazon Fire box. Took my cable/internet bill from $160/mo to $95. Oh, and also got a digital TV antenna for the local stations (PS Vue has CBS and Fox live; but NBC and ABC are on-demand only)

I'm assuming you're watching the SLC round while sitting in Stadium seating?

Verizon Fios here.
Get all the moto channels except CBSSN (MXGP), in the basic package, all in HD. FS1&2, MavTV, and NBCSN.

CBSSN is in a package that costs $10/mo.

Was going to do Sling but the local cable co had a package with fs1 and fs2 for about the same price with a DVR. After the season it will get canceled.

I ditched ATT U-Verse a couple of months ago for Playstation Vue and haven't looked back. PlayStation Vue is awesome.

I'll be going with this one: http://www.supercrosslive.com/live-race

Got both my MxGp & SX streams setup with a season pass. Cool

Does anyone know how they will deal with commercials and the rest for season pass buyers? Will we have to watch the same horrible commercials on repeat or what? I will buy a season pass either way, Just cannot find any info on that life wasting, making me suicidal watching commercials and how it will be Tongue

In my recliner watching DirecTV on my new 65 LG OLED with my wife. She loves SX.
Oh yeah, and few cocktails as well.
Life is good!

PS Vue. $29/mo, FS1, FS2, NBCSports and free DVR. Unless you have crappy internet, I don't know why anyone would buy a TV package. Paying for internet and TV seems redundant when you can watch TV on the internet. It's like buying a car then taking a cab everywhere you go.

Like Sandwarrior, I've taken the punt on the SX deal.

Like you, I really hope we don't have to put up with commercials, but I suspect we will. And, the 'week only to view' is piss poor. Makes that bastard Luongo look generous.

I hope DC comes through with a deal, as he hinted in his last weekly writings. And, it's straight through, with no commercials. Hell, even if they keep the vision up only, when the 'TV' viewers get commercials, with no commentary like they did a few years ago on the stream, it would be good. Just hearing the Bikes, without commentary, every now and then, was good.

I've asked about this, they said its not been decided if there will be commercials in the paid stream yet. Still undecided and will be a last min decision. i seriously dont want to pay to watch nearly a hour of commercial breaks that mean nothing to me in the UK. I really hope its uninterrupted coverage or I'll just find a free steam.
