How about the "Holy Monster"? Or the "Holy Lucas Oil"?

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Also, instead of "Mt. St. Helens", how about "Monster Mountain"? Or was this already done?

We need to get away from the traditions and history of the sport and sell out a little more to corporations if we want to ever be as cool as NASCAR.

"The Whoop MONSTER". Get it? Hardy har har!

Here's another goodie:

"Monster Cavity". Nice.

How about "Monster Schmit". That reminds me, it's time to take care of the 3 Ss and get ready for work.

First off it's spelled Schmit.

Second, it's named after Donny Schmit.

Third, we aren't and never will be Nascar..

At the beginning of the show and on the Track Facts graphic, wasn't it called "Holy Schmit"? Did you see the sign there commemorating Donny Schmit at the base of it? Or are you still making fun of LaRocco's Leap? (which is understandable and regrettable....)

I for one noticed that they did not mess with the sanctity of the "Holy Schmidt" moniker.

It's kind of like Henry Hill at Budds...sacred!

Donny's brother and friends put a neat banner up at the end of the start straight each year with the Chesterfield #1..

Pretty cool.

How come it was so small??

I'm not a "newb" so to speak. My MT account expired, and I'm to strapped for cash to renew right now, but need my moto forum fix I guess...

Yeah, I'd call it the Ho-mit. It's about half of what it used to be. Wink

Hard to convey sarcasm on a forum sometimes, but not in this case.

Yeah, I was commenting Larocco's Leap.

Sorry to Donnie Schmit for screwing up his name.

I'm glad to see more than a few people have their sarcasm radars calibrated correctly.
