Went riding yesterday, just me, the boys couldn't make it. Slow as hell again but had fun. Track was muddy as shit in the morning and then got better, but had an early start and left just after lunch to watch the races...
Been ages, crap I'm sore! Monkey butt, blisters, knees torn up, shoulders and neck locked out and felt like I've done squats all day!
Hoping this will be a little more regular now uni is getting closer to finished. Anyone else go riding over the weekend?

Sweet bike, does Bto make their graphics for other brands or just Ktm?
I designed those graphics myself... BTO does theirs for KTM only as far as I've seen, but I asked the guys if they werecool with me making my own using their brand.
So happy with that bike, anyone who hasn't tried a 350 should.
The Shop
991! That's not good.... I lost a nut on my rear brake adjuster, so almost boiled the rear, but didn't have the consequences you almost had haha
Put 150 miles on yesterday, we haven't had much snow lately so the trails were pretty beat up, so feeling it a little today.
Post up a report when I saw you post about going. I miss my bike.
Then, just after the warm up ride, my riding buddy axed himself hitting a double. Broken collarbone, broken ribs and punctured lung, so off to the A&E ward for him, and end of the day for me.
I keep saying I'm quitting due to this last wreck and I will be selling my 250f. I'm going to take a couple three years off and teach, chase, follow my grandson around through his budding mx career lol. After that I fully expect to pick me up a KTM 350 to ride around.
I've liked that bike option a lot since it came out. My thinking is I'm probably a little heavy for a 250f (I'm 185 but when this accident happened I was 220) but the 450 is so strong it wears me out trying to hang on. So the 350 seems perfect for me.
What really made me think of the ktm (always been a Honda guy) was I had a tip over during a race close to the end of the race and the bike went dead. I was so freaking wore out I couldnt even crank the damn thing. I had to push it til I could find a hill to bump start it. Lol. I was like F*ck I have to get an electric start!! Lol
Pit Row
I'm gonna try ride a bit this year and see how I go... I'm never trying to go fast, just feel ok again. If I enjoy it I'll stick with it, but if not I'll go back to an enduro bike and do some trail riding and grass track stuff... Like two stroke said above, dirt naps aren't good, I was carrying the last one with me a bit, just being cautious.
As for the 350 motor, i'm gonna guess I'm heavier than a lot here, and i've dropped to 51 tooth on the rear and put on a loudmouth. Pulls me around fine, and honestly the little less as you're older, if you're not trying to go mach 5 who cares?
If you're there and see a tall fella on that bike come say hi.
I had a sweet weekend racing the stadiumX in Remark.
Picked up third in B Vets, and managed to score a 5th outright in one of the races ( Vets A and B were combined)
Raced with the young punks in C lites as well, went 7-5-4 in the first three before being taken down while in 4th in the last one.
Was a sweet night.
