Racer X 10 things to watch comment:

"Further, we hear Andrew Short will be racing this weekend, even though the team he's supposed to ride for, L&Mc Racing, is done. Who will he be riding for? Surely we'll know, uh, shortly, but the real question is, how we he do on such short notice (see what we did there)?"

Hint that he's riding for himself or own team or just being silly using short in a sentence (as in pun)?

Most think it's GEICO though. Just thought that was weird.

Someone needs to pick him up. He's definitely the head of the pack, and is almost a guaranteed top 10 finish (sometimes top5) in the main.

I honestly dont know how you took that to be a hint for Short riding for himself? If anything the hint is more likely that he has found a new team to ride for.

Either way I'm pretty sure they're just making a pun.

Maybe he can just keep using that factory Honda bike he's been leasing and put Geico Honda plastics on it... that way he's on a team and Windham still has a bike... just saying...

Honda has a bike already built and tested FOR Andrew Short in the truck. Why wouldnt they let him a ride a couple rounds untill he can work something out?

Exactly... I don't get why they wouldn't let Short use it for free... as Windham's bike won't need maintenance anymore... or maybe they're crazy enough to rebuild everything on his bike for his transfers. Instead of losing both Short and Windham in the races they just lose Windham and still save money... and get exposure from both... oh well..
