Help - Watching SX Live Practice on MacBook

Anyone have any suggestions as to why Supercross Live practice won't play on my MacBook? I've watched it on here before without issues but now it won't play. If I try to refresh the screen, it simply refreshes the images on they are broadcasting. I'm not a computer guy...is it a cookies or java or etc. type of thing?

Just follow the instructions, should only take you a few minutes. You wont need to restart your computer either, just your browser.

I was having trouble using search and finding my own link. I had to use the links in OC Scottie's SXlinks page before I got anything to play
