10.) full time mechanic on call 24/7 to fix up all my new bikes.
11.) Signing bonus of $25,000 which I will need up front.
12.) All Monster , Redbull and Rockstar girls must show up at my house for a casting couch audition before they get hired. This is non negotiable.
