Headstock Bearings

Hi i'm just fishing for a bit of information about headstock bearing replacement
i just wondered what people tend to do with this, do you use OEM or are there any decent alternatives.
We tried an all balls kit a few yrs back and the fit was less than satisfactory seal wise so that went back
any info much appreciated cheers guys

only had to replace two head stem bearings in bikes I've had over the years, all balls both times. They were fine.

Never had any problem with all balls,if you look at the manufacturer on the lip it is the same a lot of the time as oem.

I use belray waterproof grease and lay a good bead under the seal to squish out and never spray with a 4000psi washer.
