Dudes.....there was a thread a few months ago where everyone was posting up the music they listen to during a day of riding , maybe working out or whatever.

Well there was a group of us at the end of that thread that had some pretty hardcore music lists , and I had one more band to add to the list.....

Five Finger death Punch !!

I have only gotten through like 6 songs so far , but this is one awesome band for sure! If you haven't heard them ,do some downloads , you won't regret it!

Songs i dig so far out of the first six.........

Bullet proof
Dying breed
Hard to see
No one gets left behind

Friggin' kick ass workout music!! WOOP! WOOP!

Poucel listens to classical music while he rides. That's why he's always clam, smooth, and collected.

when I'm workin out I like me some Disturbed Indestructible as well as Dimmu Borgir- Sacrilegious Scorn, or the Serpentine Offering. Or if I'm in a funny mood I'll listen to some Daft punk like Robot Rock or Around the world

Definitely not anywhere close to old school hardcore like Cro-Mags,Agnostic Front etc...
However, I like it....just sounds like like real hard metal, with a touch of death metal voice.

So far I have both albums "War is the Answer" and " Way of the fist".....so far , both a really good albums from what i have heard so far.

And yeah....they aint considered "Hard core" by many who actually listen to this kind of stuff. But what i was getting at is more " Metal" type music.

Either way , it's all good stuff as long as you enjoy it.

I've seen these guys several times live, always a good show if you ever get the chance to check them out. One time the singer stopped the show right in the middle of the song to scold an over zealous bouncer at the front of the pit. "Don't be punching my fans in the face". Seemed to be pretty stand up guys and bad ass musicians too.

guess you can't leave out As I lay Dying or Lamb of God. It'd actually be way too easy to compile a list of bands that will fire you up, there's about 200 of them in my mp3 player

I always dug this song by Trivium, its not very hardcore but still a good song. It's about that lady from TX that went crazy and drowned all her kids in the tub because god told her too.
