Hard to believe that he is getting ready to retire. It's quite strange transitioning from being a young fan to being older than almost everyone out there racing pro today.

"I'm just hoping to make it Pro so I don't have to work!" Wonder what he thinks of that comment now? Woohoo

Also pretty cool that he said his favorite rider was Chad. Ryan went through his Lites and 450 career in the same timeframe of Chad's 450 career! Wow.

Great vid, I enjoyed it Smile ( even not being an RV fan.....)

I would say he accomplished his goal, if he invested all that money he's made wisely. He should be set for life. He doesn't appear to be one that has blown his money on a bunch of shit. At least he doesn't post it for all to see if he has (i.e. Barcia, Stewart).

Does it? I am actually stoked to see him race in the GP's Supercross is fun, but we've seen it. We haven't seen a top USA rider go to Europe in years! Decades? This is historical.

I was more getting at the comments that RV has made the past year or so about how racing is just his job, how he doesn't necessarily enjoy it, its what he does. Its work.

yeah, hopefully after his GP stint, he can retire comfortably and shoot animals all year long!
