They have said that would be the forecast for the last few weekends.

While it got a little rain, most of it is all up north.

I would be surprised if it rains at all before or on the day of the race.

i want to see good racing in the first place. let's hope you are right about barcia and that his bad results in the last view sx races he did are due to him riding long motos and preparing for the outdoors.

I thought for sure the 51 would have a better ride at Vegas. It wasn't real dry...hopefully he is sorted for the nats and the racing at the front is more than a 1-2 man show?!

The noaa weather site I use for fishing around here is damn near spot on always and its says 20% chance
It should be perfect track conditions, I'll post some pictures Thursday of the track

I raced about a month and a half ago at hangtown and it was a complete shit show. Rained all weekend.

It's going to be perfect. Mid 90's today cooling down to low 70's. Probably the sort of Thunderstorms that try to push off Sierra down into the valley late afternoon, which don't typically produce this time of year the sort of rain folks se with a thunderstorm in the midwest

Pretty close to the scenario last weekend. Forecast showed rain and t-storms but it never happened in the valley. A little cloud cover from the sierras but that was it. Hangtown in the 70 degree category??? Sounds perfect to me man!
