Anyone reading this, Cody is looking for a gear sponsor. He just finished 15th in the main at A1 and currently could use some support from anyone that can budget a set or two of gear into their plans.



Cody is quite a tremendous story, not all that long ago he battled to over come cancer and be able to walk again, and now he's riding out of his van and making SX mains.




Anyone interested in helping out, drop me a PM and I'd be more than happy to get you in touch with Cody.

Cody "Happy" Gilmore and his wrench Tony Esch got camera time on the start line, following the parade lap. Then, bingo, when Cody and the new German kid diced for a couple of laps...full camera coverage!

A couple of Iowans hard at it. I can't wait until Phoenix!

I agree. IMO the kid should have no problem getting a gear deal after the ride he put in at A1, Definitely has the speed and has a nice comeback story. Maybe speed can even do a special on him and what's he been through with cancer and how he came back. That'd gain a lot of exposure for sponsors.

Agreed...he's as big of a story (if not bigger) than Lance Armstrong...in MY opinion of course. He was up against much more, and look at him now.

I've watched him since he was knee high to a duck and it's really good seeing this kid come back from all he's been through. Hope he gets the help he deserves...
