The Oakley Airbrake is by far the easiest lens change I've ever had. The goggle is on the pricy side, but best optics IMHO. My second favorite goggle is the Dragon NFX2.

I agree with the Airbrake. I have some Spy's with a bunch of lens and tearoff's from years back that is super quick to change the lenses also.

Listen to Pulp tonight and you may hear a suggestions once or twice.

I'm 100% sure, my neighbor, the Spy, Scott Smith, wears Von Zippers, his wife, Arnette, goes Oakley.

Yes, absolutely.

Especially since you can get them for around £100/100€ at some places(older colorways).

I'm not riding with any other goggles than the Airbrakes after a rock cracked my 100% Racecraft lens a couple of years ago.

You say that, I was trying to fit a genuine lens into a pair of 100% Racecraft goggles & I snapped it clean in half, was not impressed. I've got the Forecast roll off system and its really hard to fit the lens so I'm definitely thinking about getting a pair of Airbrakes.

Never had any trouble getting a lens in the EksBrand. I think the are the best bang for your buck plus now they have a new model.

The Dragon NFX, NFXS & NFX2 lenses are the safest in the sport.

Functionally the NFXS fits the most helmets/faces.
The NFX2 has the "Outrigger" frame.

The NFX is HUGE & offers a field of view that is BIGGER than ANY other goggle.

Period.

I've tried just about all the goggles except for the new Scott and I prefer the airbrake even though they're stupid expensive. I have 2 sets I bought on clearance. Changing the lens couldn't be any easier.

Get the new Scott Prospects.

Oakley has gone through some changes, don't think they will be the crown jewel they once were. Search vital for the info.

That was my thought also when they got released in 2013(?).

My opinion changed very quickly when a rock cracked my 100% Racecraft lens.

I'm happy to pay 100-150 for a pair of goggles that actually are safer than the cheaper alternatives, i can't buy new eyes.

Scott claims their new goggle is the safest in the industry.

How can one really tell anyway?

Go and watch the video Transworld made with Oakley on the Airbrakes and how they can claim the "military" grade of their Airbrake lens.

They actually show the difference in durability and strength on the video compared to the traditional lenses.

lexan is polycarbonate...
Correct. I should have been more specific. Lexan is a brand name alot of goggs promote, compared to say X brand who just say polycarbonate. Just wondering why? Do some of these goggles use a thinner lens? Or is the name brand ones a better quality?

Was it Jones who said the lens could take a shot from a .22?

I just saw the new Scott goggle first hand last week. They look and felt like a quality piece. I've been using 100% for a while now, but it seems their quality is going away a bit.

There is still no way in hell that I would spend $150 on Oakley goggles.

Maybe it's just my area, but most guys seem to be wearing 100% nowday. I used to see a lot more Oakley and Scott.

If you've got $20.00 eyeballs wear a $20.00 goggle.

Airbrakes with Prism lenses for the win!

Love my new Dragon's. I've had a lot of goggles that don't fit my big nose well. These are great once I took off the nose guard.

But what if I think my eyes are worth more than $200?
