So why is Chad showing up at 1:00 on a hot, dry, windy day?
Nothing special here, but it was good to see him riding again, even if he looked really sloopy, and not really attcking the track like I know he can.
One of my favorite riders, so you know he would get some camera time.
Pounding out laps late in the day, but 2 and 51 made hime look slow, well maybe not slow, just not as fast.
This has to be one of the best pics I've ever taken.
Anyone know if Glen Helen is letting campers stay over Sunday night? It's always been no, but with the three day weekend, maybe they are?

Reed's going to run that #1 plate as much as he can. It will probably be his last one in the US.

Why not.
This isn't a race and Yamaha paid for part of that #1 plate and I am sure they like seeing it out on the track even if it is just practice. My guess is that he is still under contract with yamaha and is just helping them set up the bikes. I would bet they are the one's that put that red # 1 plate on that bike, not Reed. If you're going to talk smack, then sack up and let people know who you are. Jim Martin

I bet Jessemen is going fast... hes just not as exotic of a rider as villo and stroupe... Hes smooth and fast vs eratic and fast. www.48Photos.com

He did save it.
The one of Reed, he jumped into that soft bern and landed kinda of at an angle, and just pinned it as soon as he landed. Kinda like doing a 180 on a ramp. It was all for show, it definatly wasn't the best approch to that turn, but it was cool to see.

I talked to Mike, and he'd already done two 40-minute motos out in the desert before getting a call to come out and test a shock.

I know Bobby you like to think you know all that goes on with Mike, but seriously get a clue. If you've ever seen him practice, you would know he goes 100%. Guy B cleared it up as to why he wasn't in attack mode.

No..
I am just going to Hangtown, then Freestone.
I am too busy to hit the Glen plus I don't like that place that much anyway.
TOE will be at Glen.
Looks like you'll be at Hang too. See you there.
