Funny how RD5 fans are celebrating and seem to be already giving the Title to Dungey. This is the perfect example of why they hold the races.
Dungey still has to get 4th or better, IF Tomac wins (a seemingly tall mental order after such a meltdown). Marvs move saved Dungey from having to finish 3rd or better, as best I (er actually my bro can figure). Sounds easy and expected - but you still have to perform...I don't care who you are or what class it is, it's way more than just going through the motions.
Hopefully Carlos will go up on the spring rate in Dungeys forks to make up for the added weight of that red plate. I had no idea red was heavier than white. Thanks for the info RC
No matter how this shakes out. I'll be bummed for the loser and stoked for the winner, I can't pick a favorite. I have mad respect for both.... actually every guy on the track. Tomac will have completed an unbelievable charge or Dungey will have fended of a relentless challenge. Bring on Vegas!!

Vegas will be intense.
Marv will probably go out and smoke everyone.
The Shop
As the great Murray Walker once said: "Anything can happen, and it usually does"
I sincerely doubt he does different than that in Vegas.
Time to think about outdoors
1. Marvin Musquin
2. Ryan Dungey
3. Eli Tomac
I predict Dungey will let Musquin have the inside line to pass him two turns before the finish line.
Post a reply to: Give the Title to Dungey now or wait till Vegas?
