Anybody know why Goerke appears to have skipped this one? I never got his schedule. Are we sidelined until little bro' returns? Just curious.

On another note, what was Barcia's "excuse" for finishing behind Coulon and Soub-Soub?...food poisoning?...Epstein Barr?...sabotaged bike?

These are events where you can't just show up and race, you have to be either invited or on an approved team (team doing entire series)

My understanding, at this point, Matt is scheduled only for the German series and Geneva.

Walk ups aren't allowed. They're very structured on allowable entries

Thanks, Dave. I wasn't sure which events he had hooked up with. He doesn't have that "team" thing happening, but I'll betcha the promoters would have welcomed another "evil American" if the price was right.

Matt is on a team, Castrol Kawasaki, Germany
But that team is committed to the German series.
Many riders you see listed in that Genoa race are racing the German series for different teams and even on different brands for some. This time a year, they become "guns for hire" and can race for multiple teams in different series'
